PRODUCT ARRIVED USED

I noticed what looked to be like pink liquid or frosting all over the outside of the package. I thought okay maybe someone returned them previously or something spilled. Not a huge deal. I opened them and they had been used! Pink frosting all over the napkins inside. Disgusting.

Great napkins. Thought they were cocktail napkins but that could have been my mistake. We used them anyways and they were great, I liked that the image was on all sides not just the front of the napkin.
